TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
- Culture of eukaryotic cell lines. Cloning and selection of specific cell types. Gene transfer to eukaryotic cell techniques: electroporation, calcium phosphate precipitation, lipofection.
- Flow cytometry and cell sorting: multicolor fluorescence analysis (14-colors), combined intracellular and surface staining, analysis of rare cells (CD34 and Side Population), high resolution analysis of DNA content, programmed cell death assessment, simultaneous detection of BrdU, EDU, incorporation and DNA staining, analysis of intracellular calcium, functional analysis of drug resistant cells, Flow-FISH.
- Basic techniques in molecular biology.
